Project Kobo's assistance in Intel's digital money research has been acknowledged in their white paper " From meiwaku to tokushita! Lessons for digital money design from Japan" . Fujiko Suda assisted with translating both Japanese culture and language. We went to Okinawa for a day for this research at the beginning of the summer in 2007, and it was very hot there!

With the help of Cisco Systems in Tokyo, Shanghai, Sydney, London and San Jose, we had an open discussion gathering on February 26, 27, 2009 via tele-presence.
We all felt the phenomenal potential of this manner of gathering and communicating. It was exciting to see our old and new friends who are scattered on the globe gathered in such a way.
You can search further information about this "conference" by clicking on to the placeholder website: World Wide New Workstyle Conference or WWNWSC.
Fujiko Suda of Project Kobo will be organizing Twestival Tokyo. It is a part of Twitter Charity event held globally on 12 February 2009. If you are interested in this event, please feel free to e-mail us at hello@projectkobo.com. The details of the event will be announced here soon.
We look forward to seeing you then!
